Boom Hitch
A compact arrangement of wraps for attaching a rope to a spar, pipe, or post. It can accommodate a sideways pull and may resist a pull along the spar.

- Follow the animation to arrange alternating wraps on the two sides of the standing part.
- Place the final wrap outside and under the second turn.
- Add the tail stopper and work out slack without disturbing the crossing order.
